And so we go to a notable quotable from Jack Welch, the former CEO of GE, who grew the company GE by 4000%. So what was Jack Welch saying? Jack Welch was saying that when you give people an awesome compensation package and you reward your employees for doing the right job, for doing the right thing, for achieving results, they’re going to want to perform at a next level basis.
